Releasing the proper information regarding your moving requirements and details is crucial to ensuring that our moving services are performed efficiently and effectively.
By providing accurate and comprehensive information, you enable us to come prepared with the necessary resources, equipment, and expertise, allowing us to deliver the best possible service tailored to your specific needs.
ECO MOVERS LLC kindly request your cooperation in sharing all pertinent information, such as the size and type of items to be moved, any potential obstacles or access limitations at the pickup and drop-off locations, specific packing or assembly requirements, and any other relevant details.
Your transparency and open communication greatly contribute to a smooth and successful moving experience.

Hourly Moving Services
Eco Movers LLC provides hourly services, inquire about our services for specific pricing.
Travel fee
Travel Fees are utilized to schedule out moving trucks with our certified providers, its calculated based on mileage and fuel under full-moving services, and per cubic foot under our interstate moving services.
To ensure that we can accommodate your move and provide you with the highest quality service, we require a travel fee up front to secure your booking.
This fee guarantees that we will be there on the scheduled date and time, ready to help you with your move.
In order to ensure that we can provide the highest level of service to all of our customers, we require a non-refundable travel fee upon booking, regardless of cancellation.
This fee covers the cost of our team's travel and preparation for your move, and allows us to reserve our time and resources exclusively for your move.
Our travel fee is good for rescheduling for up to 20 calendar days passing the day of your scheduled service, rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hrs. is subject to our cancellation policy and cancellation fees will be applied.
Disclosure**

Rescheduling Moving Services
Rescheduling is allowed for up to 20 calendar days passing the day of your scheduled service, rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 48 hrs. is subject to our cancellation policy and cancellation fees will be applied.
Due to operational cost and resources consumed on every service, our rescheduling policy allows us to successfully book-out open dates on our schedule for all of our customers.
SPECIALTY ITEMS – FEES AND DISCLOSURES
Standard Size Appliances
Additional fees for appliances-

Disclosure**
Eco Movers LLC provides basic installation services for any appliances that we move. This includes services such as connecting your appliances to existing electrical or gas lines, securing them in place, and ensuring they are functioning properly.
Please note that while our team is experienced in basic appliance installation, we are not licensed electricians or plumbers and may not be able to perform advanced installation services.
Additionally, any modifications required to existing electrical or gas lines will need to be performed by a licensed professional prior to our team's arrival.
Our goal is to provide a seamless moving experience for our customers and ensure their appliances are ready for use upon delivery.
Standard Size Exercise Equipment
Additional fees for exercise equipment-

Disclosure**
Exercise equipment rates are subject to change based on the equipment weight, dimensions, and level of difficulty with assembly/disassembly.
Exercise equipment staging is subject to single level only based on weight and dimensions. Approval of relocation, assembly, disassembly, at owner/operators discretion.
Security Safes and Gun Safes
Additional fees for security safes / gun safes-

Disclosure**
Security Safes/Gun Safes - moving and relocation within the home exceeding 200 lbs. are subject to staging within single level only. Task approval is subject to change at owner/operators discretion.
Staging within single level is subject to weight and dimensions.
Oversize - Overweight Furniture
Starting fee for oversized/overweight furniture -

Starting weight at 150lbs.
Disclosure**
Eco Movers LLC strives to provide our customers with reliable and efficient moving services, including the safe and secure transportation of their furniture.
However, in the event that any furniture items are deemed oversized or overweight, there may be additional fees incurred.
Oversized or overweight furniture can pose additional challenges during the loading and unloading process, requiring more time and resources from our team. Examples of such furniture may include, but are not limited to, pianos, safes, or large sectional sofas.
Any additional fees related to oversized or overweight furniture will be discussed and agreed upon with our customers prior to the start of the service.
Additional Trips
Additional trips are subject to a fee per trip.

Disclosure**
Additional trips are not included, nor scheduled.Eco Movers LLC strives to provide efficient and cost-effective services to our customers.
However, in the event that additional trips are required due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be additional charges incurred.
Same-day additional trips are subject to approval based on availability and operating hours.
Additional trips are optional, not mandatory.
We understand the importance of transparency and clear communication with our customers, and we are committed to providing quality services at fair and reasonable prices.
Specialty Items Disclosure**
Specialty items are subject to specialty fees; fees are listed on the “Agreement of Moving Services”, disclosed through email, direct messaging, or over the phone.
Specialty item(s) require special handling, expertise, and specialty equipment I.e. Hand Trucks, Straps, Furniture Dollies, and Furniture Blankets. Providing details pertaining to these items help us come prepared with the necessary resources, equipment, and expertise.
Non-Disclosure of specialty items may be subject to NOT being moved within the service. Additional fees may be applied for same-day non-scheduled specialty item(s) moving.
Cancellation of Services
Customers may cancel our services up to 48 hours before the scheduled moving date without incurring any charges.
If the Customer cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled moving date, a cancellation fee will apply and any travel fees paid upon scheduling Eco Movers LLC’s services will be forfeited under our travel fee policy; the estimated total cost will be charged on the customer's added card on file.
Estimated total cost will be calculated based on Eco Movers LLC’s pricing schedule.
Under full-moving services; A 1.5 hourly rate fee will be charged according to the scheduled Customers service.
Hourly rates will be presented in agreement of our services.
Under interstate moving services; A 20% fee will be charged according to the total balance calculated per cubic foot, miles between customer pick up and drop off locations, and fuel consumption.
This balance will be presented in agreement of our services.
